Everyone has different energy frequencies that allow them to function differently. Some have higher frequencies than others. The higher the frequency the more control you have over your life. When you have a lower frequency, the heavier you feel and the more you let things affect you. Vibrating at a higher frequency means having power over your life and clarity of your emotions. You feel relieved of tension (lighter) and little things do not stress you. Just because you don’t vibrate at a high frequency doesn’t mean that you can’t start. If you have a low frequency begin to do things like meditation, practicing patience, getting fresh air, taking walks, eating healthier etc. These are things that can make you feel lighter inside and strengthen the mind to have you sharper and thinking differently. Raising your vibration is key to living a stress free life, if you’re willing to radiate a more peaceful energy.
