I’m on a Water Diet!

Over the past two months, I have been consuming what I consider to be an unhealthy amount of sugar for me and my body. When I consume too much sugar my body tells me by producing external results. One of those results being pimples! As annoying as pimples are, they are good in letting you know what is happening internally. This month I decided to go on a water diet meaning I will be consuming only water as a beverage. I am doing this in order to get my skin clear but also drinking only water is a good way to flush toxins out of your body.  I would be lying if I said I didn’t already fail, but I am determined to stay committed and continue my water diet through the month of June. I will be sure to keep everyone updated on my results and progress through the next month!
